so what causes These Paint Imperfections?
Improper care of a vehicle's finish is very common even when they are new from the dealership. More often than not you will find marring or swirling from sloppy prep work or washing the car while it's on the lot. Most tunnel car washes should be avoided too as they have the potential to damage your vehicle's finish, especially if your vehicle has a soft clear coat.

So if you wish to keep your paint from this type of damage you have a few options.
